Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Widze is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Widze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing (if applicable), or high shipping volumes.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
